Order Mailing Lists

Mailing lists of artists who elect to receive information through the mail are available for a reasonable fee. Standard information includes: name, business name, address, city, state, zip code. Email addresses not included.

Unless otherwise specified, all names are sorted by last name.

Optional criteria to choose from:
artist discipline
county
gender
ethnic origin
disabilities
services offered




Choose one of two mailing list types:

Mailing Labels: Standard white adhesive labels printed with artist's name and mailing address on white 8 1/2" x 11" sheets. $2/page.


Electronic File: Requested information saved in Excel or MS Word file type and sorted by last name.

1 - 250 names $ 25
251 - 500 names $ 50
501 - 750 names $ 75

Process:

  1. Complete the form below and click on the "submit" button
  2. WESTAF will confirm your order by email with a List Use Agreement form and the total cost within 5 business days.
  3. Email, fax or mail the agreement form, payment, and two samples of final mailing piece to WESTAF (PDF samples acceptable).
  4. Mailing lists will be sent via email or standard mail when payment is received.
